About Kat
My work is about helping you design a better life experience. I’ve spent 18 years working in Customer Experience, with some of the most recognised Australian Brands, refining customer journeys and building products from the ground up. Now I bring that same architectural precision to your personal and energetic world. I don't just offer temporary insight, I offer a place of counsel and emobodied practices. One-on-one and group settings give you a platform of choice so I can meet you where you’re at. Let me help you come back to yourself and create a life you feel inspired by.
Over the last decade I have poured love and passion into becoming certified in the following modalities:
Counselling, Breathwork, Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Rights of Passage, Tea Ceremonies, Menstrual Cycle Coaching, Natural Contraception and Fertility education and Womens Embodiment.

My story
Growing up in a home bursting with vibrant voices and dynamic personalities, I was often the observer. My family, a tapestry of energy and expression, filled every corner, leaving me to think their was little room for my own voice. It was within this environment that I learned to shrink, to listen rather than speak, and in that silence, I nurtured a garden of insecurities. I began to believe the whispers of doubt: “You’re not smart enough. You have nothing interesting to say.”
Yet, the heart has a way of seeking expression. To prove my worth, I pursued extraordinary feats, climbing mountains, traveling the world, tackling extreme sporting feats, even completing a full Ironman. I was the quintessential good girl, striving tirelessly to be noticed, to earn my place in a world that felt so vast. I buried myself in books, searching for validation within pages, hoping to find evidence that I, too, could contribute something meaningful.
But the weight of striving took its toll. My relentless pursuit of perfection led to a breaking point. My vice of road cycling, which I believed to be healthy, turned toxic. I found myself running on empty, my body screaming for rest, while my spirit sank into a chasm of burnout. With that came chronic fatigue. Cycling had become a single joy and once that sanctuary, was stripped away, isolating me from the community, I found myself in darkness.
In that place, I grappled with existential questions that echoed in the silence: Who am I? Why am I here? What’s the point? The shadows of depression, anxiety, and panic attacks enveloped me, weaving a narrative of social isolation that felt insurmountable.
In my search for answers, I stumbled upon a lifeline, The Brain That Changes Itself. Within its pages, I discovered a breathing technique that promised healing. I learned to inhale white, luminous light and exhale the darkness. The toxins and energetic debris that had settled in my soul. Day in and day out, I practiced this ritual, and slowly, I witnessed a transformation. The blackness of my exhale lightened, shifting through shades of grey until it blossomed into white. My body felt cleansed, and for the first time in a long time, I sensed a flicker of hope.
This marked not the end of my journey, but rather the beginning of a profound quest for wellness. I embarked on a path to cultivate calmness, seeking practices that elevated my being and enriched my internal world. I embraced meditation, yoga, breathwork, kinesiology, therapy, and mindfulness, each modality a stepping stone toward rediscovering myself.
Through this journey, I learned that there is no silver bullet. Healing is a tapestry woven with patience, resilience, and the courage to confront vulnerabilities. We have all the resources inside us, sometimes we just need the right person to teach us how to access them.
I stand here, not as a perfect being, but as a testament to the strength of the human spirit.
